Details
Clear appearance, ruby color, fruity aroma with wood trimmed notes well present, balanced flavor, full bodied, balanced smooth and persistent good structure, with long end of mouth.
Ideal to served with red meat dishes as well as all kinds of sausages. You can also accompany dishes of fatty fish and strong cheeses. Should be served at a temperature between 16 and 18ºc.
Open the bottle about an hour before, if necessary move to a decanter to aerate the wine a little to enhance its organoleptic characteristics
