Details
Clear aspect, good sparkling continues and persistent. Thin and abundant bubbles. Fine and elegant aroma, with fruity notes and good aromatic expression. Fresh and harmonious flavor. Good acidity balance.
Ideal for accompanying salads, roasted piglets, fish and seafood dishes, or simply as an appetizer. It should be served very fresh in a flute, at a temperature of 6 -8 º C.
