From selected olive trees resting on the hillsides of the Terra Quente, our main variety, the Cobrancosa variety is unique to Portugal, this is a very rich, floral and complex organic extra virgin olive oil from an early harvest. Pure, cold pressed, unfiltered and not winterized, Olmais is a return to the origins of olive oil.
Serving Suggestion:
Great over grilled meats, pasta, a delicious chocolate dessert, and of course over salad or as a full-flavored dipping oil with your favorite bread.
